General information
The Lohfert Prize honors tried-and-tested and sustainable concepts related to the topic of the tender. Ideally, these also focus on the needs and interests of patients. It is awarded annually in September as part of the Hamburg Health Industry Congress. We are particularly looking for concepts and projects that have already been implemented. The submitted projects and concepts should also meet the following criteria to be awarded the Lohfert Prize:
- The concept/project should contain fundamentally new approaches and quality-improving impulses.
- The implementation/introduction was carried out at least six months before receipt of the application
started (no project description). - The measures and instruments should be practice-oriented.
- The benefits of the concept/measure should be verifiable, measurable and transferable and ideally have already been demonstrated/evaluated.
The project information submitted must allow an assessment of the development of the concept in terms of content and time. An interdisciplinary jury made up of actors from the healthcare sector decides on the award of the prize.
