The position

You support the management in their day-to-day business by handling all secretarial tasks. You answer calls, process incoming mail, organize and coordinate appointments, trips, meetings – including follow-up. You look after visitors and represent the organization with your confident and friendly demeanor. You also work closely with the management assistant.

your profile

You have completed commercial training and have gained relevant practical experience in a comparable position. You work efficiently and competently and handle confidential information conscientiously, discreetly and loyally. You are confident in using standard MS Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point) and have the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with other specialist IT processes (e.g. Navision). In daily communication, you formulate your words accurately and with style and impress people personally with your ability to work in a team, commitment, sense of responsibility and a goal-oriented working style.
