The draft bill on the future design of health care in Germany is expected in a few weeks. The key points paper that the federal and state governments published shortly before the summer break in July serves as a template for this. The DGIM warns that the existence of angiology in particular is at risk due to the current plans and is calling for a separate service group for the field specializing in the treatment of arterial, venous and other vascular diseases.
